Lithium titanate battery module
Single battery Consisting of 1 or several cells connected in parallel to form a 2.3V monomer
of a lithium titanate battery pack.
BMS Battery management system

Nominal Voltage: Used to represent an approximation of the average voltage of a battery pack in volts (V): 50.6V (22 single cells @2.3V in series).
Termination voltage: The voltage at which the cell battery/battery module/battery pack requires a stop discharge.
cycle life: Under specified conditions, the service life of the battery pack or the number of charge and discharge cycles that the battery pack can perform before a certain performance failure.
save rate of capacity: The battery pack has the ability to release usable capacity under the specified environmental conditions, after storing for a certain period of time, under the specified discharge conditions.
internal resistance Ri (Ω)(mΩ:
When current flows through a single cell/cell module/battery pack, the resistance value reflected by the voltage change at the output of the cell/cell/cell module/battery pack is expressed in Ri in ohms ( Ω) or milliohms (mΩ).
Environmental conditions of use
a: General requirements
The working environment of the battery pack should be free of corrosive, explosive and insulating gas and
conductive dust, and away from high heat sources.
b: Temperature range:0℃~45℃
Working temperature range: 0℃~45℃:(≤3h/d) -10℃~0℃、45℃~60℃;-10C
Note: It can run in the temperature range of -10℃~0 ℃ and 45℃~ 60℃ within a certain period of time (recommended ≤3h/d); heat preservation measures should be taken below -10℃.

When forming BMS components, the derating of each parameter should be considered within the temperature range of -10°C to 60°C, and the operation and accuracy of the BMS should not be affected.
c: Relative humidity range: Operating relative humidity range: ≤ 95% (45 ℃± 2 ℃ );
storage and transportation relative humidity range: ≤95% (45℃±2℃).
d: The atmospheric pressure range is: 70kPa~106kPa.
Battery packs with a capacity of 40Ah and below should be embedded in a 19-inch
standard cabinet with a width of 600mm and a height of a multiple of 1u. 1u=44.25mm.
Performance indicators
Charge and discharge requirements
The charging is in constant voltage and current limiting mode. The equalizing charging voltage of the single battery is 2.3V~2.9V, and the default value is 2.55V; the floating charging voltage of the single battery is 2.5V~3V, and the default value is 2.6V.
The 10h rate discharge current is represented by I10, the value is 0.1C10, and the unit is ampere (A).
Charging current constant current value: 1.0I10, 2.0I10, 2.5I10, 5.5I10, 10I10 are optional, the default value of charging current is 1.0 I10.
Discharge current value: 1.0I10~10I10 optional.
Discharge termination voltage value:
1.50V/cell ~ 2.90V/cell, the default value is 2.80V cell.
The current flow of each part of the battery pack should meet the maximum charge and discharge current: 10 I10A.

Fully charged
There are two ways to judge that the lithium titanate battery pack is fully charged:
a) Under the condition of ambient temperature of 25℃±2℃,
charge with the current specified in 3.1.1, when the voltage of the battery pack reaches the equalizing charging
voltage specified in 3.1.1, change to constant voltage charging, and the total charging time is not less than 16h.
b) Under the condition of ambient temperature of 25℃ ± 2 ℃ , charge with the current specified in 3.1.1. When the voltage of the battery pack reaches the equalizing
charging voltage specified in 3.1.1, change to constant voltage charging until the charging current is less than or equal to 0.5I10A.
